At ISHA Technologies, quality assurance is a planned and systematic approach to quality evaluation and adherence to product standards, process, and procedures. A regular research of the market trends to know the preferences of our customers has given us a competitive edge by improving on the quality standards of our products. An international quality benchmarking system is well in place in the organization, which assures quality as per with international standards.
Material Inspection
- All PP / LDPE granules, master batches, Juki yarn, multifilament are inspected thoroughly through all the required tests
- Document pocket, rubber stereo, felt, B-lock / rope lock, wooden pallets, ink and other required products
Production Inspection
- All the bags / bag components in production are inspected under sections like Extrusion, Weaving, Needle Loom, Lamination, Liner, Cutting, Stitching and Finishing
Sample Testing
- Production sample against each order is prepared and checked for customer specification. Final production is started only after the approval of the first sample
Visual Inspection
- Visual inspection on light table of all the bags under production is carried out for overall appearance and contamination
Batch Inspection
- One bag out of every 25 bags inspected for dimensions of woven main body as per customer specifications
Advanced Quality Control
- We are able to control the quality of our products and consistently supply high-quality products with our advanced facility
- Our laboratory is well equipped with UV Test Machine, Test Rig (Load Test Machine), Tensile Test Machine, MFI Testing, Ash Content Testing & GSM and Mest Testing

UV Test Machine
Tests UV resistance and stability of materials under prolonged sun exposure
Test Rig (Load Test Machine)
Evaluates load-bearing capacity and structural integrity of bags and containers
Tensile Test Machine
Measures tensile strength and elongation properties of materials
MFI Testing
Melt Flow Index testing to ensure proper material flow characteristics
Ash Content Testing
Determines ash content and material purity for quality assurance
GSM and Mest Testing
Measures fabric weight (GSM) and mesh properties for specification compliance
