Types Of Lift Loops
Our lift loops are engineered for safe and efficient handling of bulk bags. From cross-corner and sleeve loops to stevedore straps, each option is designed to improve lifting safety, simplify forklift operations, and ensure long-lasting durability in demanding industrial environments.
Loop Over Loop / Corner Seam Loop
Loop-over-loop lift loops are the most common and cost-effective option for bags. Attached securely at each corner seam, they provide strong and reliable support for lifting with forklifts or cranes. Their simple design ensures easy handling, consistent performance, and dependable durability, making them ideal for a wide range of bulk material applications.
Sleeve Loop / Lift Tunnel Loop
Sleeve or lift tunnel loops are specially designed for FIBC bags to provide safe and efficient forklift handling. Made from the same fabric as the bag body, these loops run along the sides of the bag, allowing easy insertion of forklift tines. Ideal for operations with height restrictions, sleeve lift loops reduce handling effort while maintaining strength, stability, and durability during transportation and storage.
Cross Corner Loop
Cross-corner loops are designed by stitching into eight different points of FIBC bags, allowing the loops to remain upright and easily accessible. This feature makes forklift handling faster and safer, especially during high-volume operations. Known for their stability and ease of use, cross-corner loops are a preferred choice for industries that require efficient bulk material handling with reduced loading time.
Stevedore Straps
These are special supporting straps that connects the corner loops to lift from only one or two depending on the type. These loops can come in as Single, Double and Supporting.
Stevedore Loop: the loop that is pulled through the four standard corner loops to connect all of them
Double Stevedore Loops: are two loops that connect each parallel loop at the corners
Supporting Stevedore Loops: That are supporting loops that are attached to each corner loop
