We ensure all products meet industry standards and quality specifications. However, it is the customer's responsibility to verify product suitability for their specific application before use.

3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of purchase order and advance payment as per agreed terms. Payment terms are typically 30% advance and balance before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery & Risk
Delivery schedules are indicative and may vary based on production capacity and material availability. Risk and title pass to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.
5. Returns & Warranty
Products are manufactured to specifications and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt with supporting documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Isha Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, technical specifications, and proprietary information remain the property of Isha Technologies. Customers may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary designs without written consent.
